Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs change. If you need to cancel a service or subscription, here’s how it works:

One-time Projects:

  • Projects canceled before work begins will receive a full refund.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, you will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.

Subscriptions (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual):

  • You may cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing period.

  • After cancellation, your automation systems and integrations will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. These measures include secure servers, data encryption, and restricted access to sensitive information.

Custom Solutions:

Due to the setup and development work involved, custom automation solutions may have a minimum commitment period. Details will be outlined in your service agreement.
