Refunds:

  • Due to the nature of digital services and software, completed services and delivered automation systems are generally non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your concern and attempt to resolve it.

  • In special cases, partial refunds or service credits may be issued at our discretion.

Disputes:

  • If you believe a charge was made in error, please notify us within 10 business days of the transaction.

  • We will investigate disputes promptly and provide a written response within 5–7 business days.

  • Chargebacks through your bank or payment processor may delay resolution. We encourage contacting us first for a faster outcome.
